“Buen hotel en centro ciudad”

“Nos gustó el lugar, el personal y los alimentos. La cama algo suave. El cuarto limpio. Puedes caminar directamente al bosque. La comida estaba bien. No me gustó el checkout a las 10am. Si no llegas en carro la subida puede ser pesada, sobre todo si traes equipaje. ”

“I didn’t realize this was more of a B&B than a hotel. I’ve never stayed in a B&B before, so my expectations were a little off. It is an older home with a small, skinny staircase to get to the rooms, and the family who owns it lives there. That said, the room was like a little apartment. It was comfortable with a sitting room separate from the bedroom. Furniture wasn’t new, but comfortable. Bathroom was nice, though the shower was a little small. “The receptionist was incredibly unhelpful. No one spoke English and when our German was not enough there was no understanding or customer thinking. Just a constant repetition of the words she knew we did not understand. When there was a problem with the payment via Hotels.com she had no interest in helping to try to solve it. Just to get a credit card. We had an apartment and even though there is a small kitchenette there is no plates, glasses, cutlery etc. Completely empty. The staff in the...
