A cozy room in very nice and green neighbourhood. Check-in / check-out was smooth and self-service in our case. Plenty of coffee and tea in the room available. Not sure if there is breakfast available as stated in expedia as we did not see any signs for it in the morning, but we should have probably asked beforehand to arrange it. There was no hand soup in the bathroom so we used provided shower gel.

What a wonderful place! The welcome was so friendly we felt right at home. Lots of useful information, directions and assurances to ask for anything we need. The room was huge, with TV, fridge, comfy bed, desk, kettle and hot drink options, ensuite bathroom. Everything was clean and inviting. Very comfortable sleep! Parking on any nearby street, lots available, pay online between 9am-9pm but free overnight. Would absolutely stay again!

Quiet place, near Eindhoven central train station.

The bathroom is big, and was veri clean, I took a shower and the water was hot so I needed to regulate it opening the cold one, it was a very good shower, the overall experience is pretty good, I'll repeat if my travels made me go to Eindhoven again.

Great Experience

Great experience in the heart of Eindhoven. B&B experience, enjoyed meeting the owner. We checked in after 8PM no problem. Comfortable large room with a loft (!), and lots of books. Noon checkout was very convenient. Will definitely stay there again when I return.

Globalement décevant et vieillissant

B&b bien situé a Eindhoven, mais chambre familiale vieillissante, avec salle d'eau minuscule sur le palier. Un évier de cuisine dans la chambre en guise de lavabo et oreillers ne sentant pas le propre. B&b n'ayant rien d'un "boutique hôtel", nous avons été globalement assez déçus du confort très moyen de la chambre.

Es wurde bei Reservierung geschrieben Kreditkarte für die Reservierung nötig wird aber nicht belastet denn Barzahlung vor Ort. Stimmt nicht! Der Betrag wurde am Morgen der Ankunft von der Kreditkarte abgebucht. Einchecken ab 17 Uhr möglich. Wir waren um 17.30 Uhr vor Ort, niemand öffnet. Hinterlegte Telefonnummer hier ist falsch. Bei der Nummer an der Haustür Mailbox. Nach 30 min kam jemand. Zustand der Familiensuite: Es riecht muffig , Silberfische fühlen sich wohl. Essenduft aus der Wohnung unten extrem störend. Woher die guten Bewertungen kommen ist mir ein Rätsel!

Gode værelser i charmerende hus

Vi nød opholdet . Stedet var velegnet til besøg i Eindhoven. Venlig vært, fint værelse i et charmerende område. Køleskabet fik vi aldrig til at virke, men vi klarede os uden - formentlig kunne værten have hjulpet os, hvis det havde været vigtigt for os.

La struttura è tipica e questo è il suo pro, di contro la stanza era fredda, il bagno (privato) sul pianerottolo, quindi si doveva uscire dalla stanza per andarci. Il gestore è piuttosto socrbutico

Ticked all the boxes for me Good price Clean and tidy room Parking opposite in rd was free Comfortable and had a very good shower ,good pressure. Just what i needed after a 500mile journey. Avoid property! They are not fair with reservation

Avoid this bad property.They are not fair with reservation. I booked and when I reached there he told me that room is no more available. I never had this situation with any hotel. It is just a logde house and very difficult to find and has no parking.
