“WARNING: the Expedia photos for this property are not accurate! There is no pool, and I was told by the front desk staff that there hasn’t been in three years. The lobby space looks nothing like the photos and there’s a photo of an exterior with a different hotel name on it (?!). Expedia blamed the hotel for the inaccurate photos and the hotel said that it’s Expedia’s fault. Expedia customer service was rude, not helpful, and did not follow up with me as promised.
