We arrived in the late evening and the staff waited for us to arrive. Marco at the front desk was friendly and helpful. We felt immediately welcomed. The location is perfect situated in a cute town with gorgeous views while still being accessible to other nearby towns with other amenities. The rooms are very clean and well maintained. As a family of 6, we enjoyed our stay here!

Loved the property as it was almost fairytale like. The staff was lovely and did everything possible to help us navigate the area. It is not easily reached by train and Uber is non-existent, but the property and its location is 5 star. Breakfast was included and it more than exceeded my expectation. If you are have a car, put this on your Favorites List.

Wir waren von 4 Tage im Ehrwald und diese Unterkunft war rund um einfach top. Super Lage, super Personal, sehr gutes Frühstück, ausreichender Parkplatz und uns hat es echt an nichts gefehlt. Für unseren Wanderurlaub war es wirklich genau das richtige. Der einzige Punkt den man bemängeln könnte ist die Verfügbarkeit von Spa und Sauna Bereich, welcher nur von 13-18 Uhr war. Da ist sich der Besitzer aber im klaren drüber und wir hatten beim Checkout kurz darüber gesprochen. Das ist allerdings meckern auf hohem Niveau und nur ein kleines Extra was schön wäre. Durch die Zeiten konnten wir die Sauna zeitlich leider nur an einem der vier Tage benutzen. Die Unterkunft ist definitiv eine Empfehlung wert!

Im Rahmen unseres Alpen-Roadtrips nach Italien, haben wir einen Zwischenstopp im Hotel Der Grüne Baum in Ehrwald eingelegt – und was soll ich sagen: wir waren begeistert! Die zentrale Lage mit direktem Blick auf die Zugspitze machen dieses Hotel zu einem echten Highlight. Besonders praktisch waren die guten Parkmöglichkeiten direkt am Hotel. Unser modernes Zimmer hat uns ebenfalls richtig gut gefallen – stilvoll eingerichtet, gemütlich und perfekt zum Erholen nach der langen Fahrt. Für Läufer und Spaziergänger ist die Lage ebenfalls fantastisch. Direkt hinter dem Hotel verläuft der Panoramaweg Ehrwald–Lermoos, der sich hervorragend für eine morgendliche Joggingrunde eignet. Auch das Frühstück war hervorragend – reichhaltig, frisch und genau das Richtige, um gestärkt in den nächsten Roadtrip-Tag zu starten. Das freundliche und aufmerksame Personal hat den positiven Gesamteindruck perfekt abgerundet. Ein weiterer großer Pluspunkt ist die Nähe zur Ehrwalder Almbahn. Von hier aus lässt sich wunderbar eine kleine Wanderung unternehmen – wir haben die Gelegenheit genutzt und sind in Richtung Almsee und Seebensee aufgebrochen. Für einen kurzen Zwischenstopp war das einfach perfekt und hat unseren Aufenthalt zu etwas ganz Besonderem gemacht. Die Region rund um Ehrwald bietet ohnehin eine riesige Auswahl an Wanderwegen und Bergtouren. Wir werden wieder kommen und länger bleiben.

Nicht empfehlenswert. Der Service unaufmerksam, im Wellnessbereich sichtbarer riesiger Schimmel, Zimmer zur Straße hin zu laut. Frühstück sehr einfach gehalten, Service beim Frühstück unterirdisch, man durfte nur in der einem bestimmten Bereich sitzen, in diesem wurde aber nicht neu eingedeckt , anderer Raum zwar eingedeckt aber an einem Tag sollten wir dort sitzen am nächsten Tag wurden wir unfreundlich angemeckert wir sollen doch im Hauptraum bleiben und Bescheid geben wenn wir keinen Platz finden ( es saßen andere Hotelgäste ebenfalls im Nebenraum). Menüauswahl fürs Abendessen irreführend Abendessen qualitativ in Ordnung. Preislich viel zu teuer. Servicetechnisch ging extrem viel schief, was man sicherlich einfach verbessern könnte. Wir werden nicht wieder kommen. Beim Check-Out wurden wir nicht gefragt wie es uns gefallen hat (der Manager saß sogar aus schulungszwecken daneben) Positiv: Der Koch und Kellner beim Abendessen sehr freundlich und charismatisch - haben den Aufenthalt gerettet.
