“Overall beautiful location and hotel. But ....
Staff needs to upgrade their hospitality.
Bathroom looks clean, but once you look closer can see that has been wiped off with wet towel and that's it.
4* hotel but in superior room the mattress of sofa bed was horrible. Really in 4* hotel???
They say due to Covid, they clean rooms only every 3 days, but ....
1) we have baby so it means nappies and aromas that comes with them....
2) in breakfast area are signed Face masks obligatory, but stuff...

“We had a wonderful time here. The location is fantastic, central, and easy to explore the city. The staff was wonderful and made our stay unforgettable. The hotel offers amazing amenities and meets all our needs! I highly recommend anyone visiting Jurmala to spend at least a few nights here to appreciate the level of luxury this hotel offers.”

“I was quite disappointed. There were many large cobwebs in the room, lots of dust on the dresser, and the drain for the shower was clogged. It was gross to have wading water around my ankles.
It was disappointing that there’s a full area where breakfast is sold but unavailable to use otherwise.
On a positive note, the breakfast was fabulous and most of the staff were nice.”
