This was a great place to stay for a night while driving the ring road. Check in was super easy and everything was clean. Bathroom was very spacious. We especially loved the breakfast that was prepared.

Very cozy , literally in the middle of nowhere, suggest packing your dinner beforehand. The place is very tastefully decorated , clean and comfortable! We even spotted some faint northern lights a few days back at this location!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Lindarholl Guesthouse. We had late-night conference calls during our stay and were able to take them from both our bedroom and the common guest area without any issues, all while enjoying their excellent coffee. The breakfast service was exceptional, and we especially appreciated the host's kind hospitality. We look forward to staying here again on our next trip to Iceland.

Lovely rural property, road is a little rough getting there, but very peaceful and quiet. Breakfast was perfect with an assortment of breads, fruit, delicious lattes, juices… The woman who was preparing breakfast was kind and helpful. Would definitely stay here again!

Great, great, great!

My wife and I just loved this place. We stayed in the room #7. New, clean, well decorated, quiet, peaceful. Very cool interacting with other guests during the delicious breakfast. Marcia, the Portuguese lady that works there was very kind and nice. We do recommend this place!

Très bon séjour

Établissement charmant, en pleine nature. Le personnel est discret mais à disposition. Chambre confortable, plutôt bien insonorisée. Petit déjeuner très bien sous forme de buffet. Seul point négatif : comme il n’y a pas de cuisine, si vous voulez vous restaurer il faut faire 25 minutes de route jusqu’à la ville la plus proche, Egilsstadir. Sinon il y a juste un micro-ondes et une bouilloire à disposition

Wir haben hier eine Nacht verbracht. Das Guesthouse ist abgelegen und sehr ruhig. Wir haben die Nacht genossen. Das Bad haben wir noch mit anderen geteilt was völlig ok war. Es war alles sauber und süss eingerichtet. Das Frühstück war auch super. Tolle Gastgeber. Sehe zu empfehlen.

Das Lindarhóll Guesthouse war die beste Unterkunft während unserer Island Rundreise. Es bietet eine atemberaubende Aussicht und absolute Ruhe. Genau das, was wir gesucht haben. Die Zimmer sind gemütlich und stilvoll eingerichtet. Wir hatten das Zimmer Dyrfjöll mit einer tollen Aussicht Richtung schneebedeckter Berge. Das Frühstück war klein, aber sehr fein – perfekt ausgewählt und super lecker. Besonders dankbar sind wir für den tollen Tipp zu den Papageientauchern – das war ein echtes Highlight!
