Loved the lake view room, comfortable bed, good breakfast, and enjoyed the lakefront hot tubs. The golf cart to take luggage to your room was. Nice touch!

The property is modern and clean in a great location to visit East of Iceland. it has a beautiful view from all rooms. Breakfast was great and staff very helpful with planning our sightseeing trips. The only negative thing is that it got really really warm in our room the morning we were leaving as it was unusually warm that day and there is no AC.

A beautiful hotel. The property is spectacular-a short walk thru beautiful grounds to the beach front and a waterfall! The staff is fantastic. Helpful and really friendly. We wish we could stay longer.

Amazing stop to enjoy Lake Myvatn! Friendly reception, great breakfast options, two hot tubs on site with Lake views and a mini fridge, which was unexpected. Do Stop for some groceries since there are not a ton of options around. Spacious rooms! Easy parking. I am a luxury travel advisor from United States. I will absolutely recommend this stay to my clients.

Room was very spacious, when we arrived the staff helped us to our room and gave us plenty of recommendations on things to do in the area. We walked the property and it was very well kept - beautiful views on both sides. Breakfast was delicious, lots of options to choose from. Would highly recommend!

Beautiful property. Clean, elegantly adorned in yellow. Could have stayed here much longer. Dinner was excellent. Had Arctic Char. Breakfast was perfect. Staff helpful and friendly. Homemade rhubarb jam!!!! Oversized bathrooms. Beds facing the windows for viewing of the wonderful scenery.

The room was clean, the view was amazing, and the staff were all absolutely lovely. The breakfast was the best we had on our trip on the island - my husband and I still talk about the homemade croissants and jam! We also had dinner with them the night before which was also excellent. Thank you for a delightful stay!

Overall not a pleasant stay, especially for the price paid. The room was basic and dated, neither the door lock nor the television were working (the latter seems to apply for every room as a note was left that although a screen is installed it is not usable). Breakfast was included but in terms of quality and variety not comparable to other accommodations we had in Iceland. The location on the lake is nice, the staff was friendly and the hot tube might be inviting, but the quality of the rooms, common area, and breakfast could not convince me.
