Room was very spacious, when we arrived the staff helped us to our room and gave us plenty of recommendations on things to do in the area. The room was clean, the view was amazing, and the staff were all absolutely lovely. The breakfast was the best we had on our trip on the island - my husband and I still talk about the homemade croissants and jam! Rather than stay in Egilsstadir, stay a bit outside of it. Direct access to the lake and, not mentioned in their promos, their own small waterfall!! Breakfast and dinner were excellent. Staff were friendly and helpful.
