This was an absolutely beautiful property! My husband and I stayed in the more modernized side and it was very clean and comfortable. The historic lodge is the real show stopper though. We throughly enjoyed walking the property. The gardens were beautiful and there were some very nice walking trails. We had the pleasure of being helped by both Tiegan and Lewis, they went above and beyond to make our stay so special!

The bathroom is a bit worn out and could use a deep cleaning. However, the room in general feels very comfortable, especially the big comfy bed and the soft linen. I really enjoyed the view from my room to the maze and the fabulous garden. The hotel has a unique romantic and dramatic yet vibrant and warm vibe, that makes you feel home, despite the lack of luxury in the (lowest fare) rooms. The staff is extremely friendly and welcoming. The breakfast is fresh, home-made and tastes delicious. I would have loved to stay longer. Keep up the good work!

Gorgeous historic property. The entire staff couldn’t have been more helpful and gracious. We’ll definitely stay here again next time we’re near Heathrow. Very convenient….only 8 miles away.

We had a very enjoyable stay. The hotel and grounds were truly stunning. The room was spacious and nice even though we weren't in the main building. The pool was great. Staff were helpful overall. Breakfast was a massive let down. And the food we ordered through room service was just OK.

Beautiful and close to Heathrow, the perfect place to stay before departing for New York between London and the U.S. I absolutely loved the grounds and the gardens, even in the winter. The wood and detailing of the manor were lovely, and the wood gireplaces and Christmas decor was so perfect.

Exceptional dog friendly stay. This is a beautiful hotel with stunning grounds. All the staff here are friendly and helpful. The rooms are comfortable and cosy.
