“Me gusto mucho el restaurante donde se desayuna , muy recomendable! Sobre el hotel no tengo ninguna queja todo muy bien y el personal muy amable. Lo que se puede mejorar es el tema del parking,en horas puntas cuesta un poco encontrar aparcamiento frente al hotel. Volvería sin duda y por supuesto lo recomiendo!”

“Front desk and housekeeping services were spotless. Reception always kind and smiley, which is appreciated and rare in Romania, in general. Indoor pool and spa areas were really good as well. We had two massages (don't know the name of the lady) and we were very happy with it. Our only but is the room service/restaurant, as we always had to go down to order, despite having the menu in the room. “Loved the hotel placement, loved the food , loved the spa area ! Definitely a great experience! I would only remove the plastic glasses used in the Romeo&Juliette restaurant. Also, the mattress a bit to hard for my « taste »…”

“Buena playa, de resto nada especial. La decoración no es de mi gusto. La atención muy mala, parece que a los rumanos les molesta que los turistas vayan a Rumania. No entienden ni inglés ni español. No dan recomendaciones...en general muy malo el servicio.”

“This is a property that is far above and beyond a regular hotel. From the outside it looks like any other regular apartment complex, however, once you walk in, it is designed with luxury and finesse in mind. We stayed at the Regal suite, all aspects of the place were high quality, nothing cheap or fake, from the kitchen items to the bed, the living area, the curtains, the ceiling decorations….we were in awe about the details that went into everything and felt like royalty for our stay. “This is the second time I stayed at this hotel. I do like it a lot, it is clean, friendly and food is great. There were a few niggles during the storm, room was cold and aircon did not work on heating settings, but they brought in an electric heater (which did not work), one day the water was not warm enough but as soon as I contacted the reception, it was addressed. Overall, I like they are proactive and apologetic, I will definitely book it again.”

“It's a nice hotel with a good combination of the personal charm of a smaller hotel still with good, modern rooms. It is located very central downtown, so it's easy to reach both architecturally nice strucures in the old town and the beach and Casino are five minutes away by foot. The manager was also very welcoming and nice to chat with while waiting for a ride etc.”
