What a gem! This hotel was only slightly farther down the road than the hotelopolis at the Effingham exit and I’m so glad I took the road less traveled! Everything was wonderful, so clean, great breakfast, friendly people and I could just jump right back on the highway to continue my journey in the morning.

We stayed in a King Bedroom. The room was clean. There were outlets for devices on both sides of the bed. There was shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in the shower. My only negative about the room is that the pillows were TERRIBLE. Completely lumpy, stiff, and flat. If they got new pillows with an option for a firm or soft pillow on both sides of the bed, this would be a perfect stay. However, the main attraction of a hotel stay is the bed, and the pillows did not pass the test. The breakfast was good. Plenty of options. Water dispensers for hot and cold water are easily accessible in the lobby and lounge. This was a great weekend stay for a reasonable price.

Cute hotel out of the city. Very clean and often booked. We have stayed here several times. If they have a lot of people they have a very good breakfast, otherwise it is average.
