First room we were given smelled horrible. They gave us another room. It was better but they went and rented the first room to someone else. Had to stay because it was non-refundable. Bedding and sheets were clean. Towels were clean, tub and toilet were relatively clean although tub should be recaulked. Everything else was very dirty. Toilet seat was almost falling off. I had to tighten the seat bolts. Coffee machine was dirty and tray holding condiments was dirty. Tv stand was only cleaned as far as someone could reach. Inside one night stand drawer was dirty. Property was not kept up, Grass in back probably had not been cut this year. Front property had weeds and parking lot is unkept. AC unit was very noisy but it covered up the traffic noise that was quite bad. I don't know how it ever received an 8.8 for reviews.
