This is a new hotel (or newly refurbished). Everything is very good shape. The staff members are very good. The only issue is breakfast - there is no hot breakfast despite a CAD $400 a night

Very clean - nice staff. Really newly renovated property, just opened. Beware - the fire alarms in the wall flag like flash bombs throughout the night! Had to get up in cover them to be able to get a good night sleep. Minor inconvenience but impactful!

It’s a renovated motel - about 40% is complete. Pros: park in front of room, pet friendly and very clean. Cons: construction debris is everywhere, no TV, no coffee They honestly should have waited until the hotel/ motel is finished.

It’s a new facility, everything is sparkling clean. However, the room need at least a sofa or chair, then they also need an elevator for accessibility because we had to carry our luggages climbing the stairs.

Beautiful hotel, eager staff we had a wonderful stay, best sleep on great beds and pillows. Everything was wonderful EXCEPT NO HOT WATER HAD TO TAKE A COLD SHOWER. Staff knew it was a problem but said nothing until I mentioned it. I think they should tell people before they check in there was not hot water for bathing. Having a hot shower is why we use hotels instead of camping.

After a long day of driving with two young kids, we were looking for a place with a pool to help burn off some energy before bedtime. Another website that directed us to Expedia had shown us photos and advertised this hotel as one that has a pool. So we booked it only to find out once we got there that the pool is 'under renovations'. This isn't a criticism of Expedia or the hotel, per se, but it's something to keep in mind if you're under the impression that there's a pool. The room was comfortable and clean, but it has just the basics. No coffee maker (though, coffee available in the lobby). Breakfast was a cold-option one only - no scrambled eggs or sausages or hash potatoes. For my gluten-free and dairy-free wife, not many options. Overall, this is a very clean and comfortable stay, but I'd say that for the price, it could offer more than the basics.

Expedia falsely advertised the amenities available and the staff at the hotel argued with me, said I was mistaken. They did, in the end, request Hilton offer me points towards another booking, I hope that works out because I did not appreciate the lack of discretion about the available amenities. The hotel is undergoing renovations and the pool/fitness centre are not currently available. Hotel is starting to look nice, it’s good that the place undergoes this renovation (I’ve stayed here before, when the pool was open), The breakfast choices could be filled out a little bit, but the coffee station was set up all night, which I loved as I’m an early riser. I would consider staying here again once the renovations were complete. The price needs to be adjusted while amenities are closed or just offer Hilton points up front. Surprise announcements to paying customers who have just driven long hours is unwise.

Very clean room and helpful staff! We also found it very convenient that ground floor rooms had a door that takes you directly to your parking spot. Only suggestion would be to include a microwave in the rooms in the future.

I would recommend you calling to find out if the room is fully furnished before you book. We had two queen beds but no couch to sit on. They are on order we were told but not there yet. I believe they opened up too early as the hotel isn't ready for customer sto stay.

The fact that we had to carry our very heavy bags upstairs at 68 & 69 years old was an inconvience. I understand the hotel is under renovation , however don't charge $300+ per night. Our room had a bed & tv and no other furnishings. It would have been nice to know ahead of time we were walking into a live construction site.

It was recently opened. Rooms were clean, but no coffee maker available. For seniors with mobility issues parking was not great as you had to park across the lot and could not use spots right in front of the hotel. The location was not ready to be opened to the public. No hot water the night we arrived, they did call in a contractor, however the next morning there was still no hot water. We were unable to shower prior to checking out. If your travelling with a senior with mobility issues, I would not recommend this location. Where the continental breakfast is held you must go down stairs. Also very limited offering.
