I had no issues with the hotel itself. Just some sketchy ppl outside wanting to use my phone, Don't ever give them anything because it will be gone. Overall the stay was fairly quiet, friendly staff and couldn't find any dirty spots in my room. I would definitely stay here again

The location was very convenient as infront is already a mall, the transportation is a few steps away from the hotel but the water pressure from the shower was quiet slow. The breakfast need to be upgraded ( needs sausages, hotdog, etc instead of only boiled egg)

Convenient place to stay, right across the street from West Edmonton Mall. Clean rooms, friendly staff. Parking is lacking, not many outdoor stalls, only 2 handicap stalls, There is underground parking if you can't find parking on the grounds, but they charge for those even with a handicap sticker. Overall I would stay here again.
