The suite was clean and tidy and the kitchen serviced us well. House keeping was good and staff were friendly. There wasn’t a kettle in our room so we had to boil water using a saucepan. The couch was very uncomfortable and the pillows were poor quality. The air conditioner in one of the rooms rattled and was too loud to sleep with.

Very nice suite. Disappointed that it didn’t have a pool. We knew that at time of booking, but we have stayed in a Townsuites property in West Kelowna that has a pool and water slide; great for kids.

Great place but expensive

The hotel was great, very well kept, the rooms were spacious, clean and modern, but its a higher end hotel with a higher end price tag. The breakfast was only ok for selection but at least they had almond & oat milk! Overall the hotel was great just not worth the cost.

Excellent in every area - mainly for the business traveller. Some great restaurants within walking distance. Only possibly downside would be that there is no place to eat within the hotel but this is easily overcome.
