It's the little things, when we checked in around 16:15, the floor in the checkin area was freshly mopped....... then returing from supper around 20:30, again the floor was freshly mopped. On top of a refreshingly clean room, this was the cherry on top. This place is taken care of, and cared for as if it is their own, and it shows. Will return when back in town.

Great king bed with four long good pillows, fluffy bath towels, nice shower, good climate control in room. Very good selection for breakfast. TV's are pretty tiny though. Could bump them up a size or two. Overall stay very good. And good price. I will definitely stay again.

I booked this hotel specifically because it had a pool and I was there for an extended stay with children. The pool was out of order for the majority of our stay and when it was available it was ice cold. The breakfast is great but everything else needs some work.

We booked the hotel because they had a pool. I checked before I booked a couple days before and the pool was functional. When we checked in, the pool was closed for maintenance. I only booked this hotel and paid more for the pool. My grandson was not happy and neither were we.

We were done a job early and went to check in around noon. The clerk apologized and said we had to wait until 3pm to check in. I was upset, (not with them, but myself) then proceeded to wait in the lobby. Within half an hour she told us our rooms were ready early and that we could go to our rooms. She didn’t have to do that, but the fact that she did shows that she cared and it made me incredibly happy.

Stayed two nights for a course ai was taking. Came to a quiet room. Bed was very comfortable. The shower has so amazing. So much pressure !!! Not a kid screamed or drunk person yelling in the hallway at night like my previous experience when staying in Edmonton. Staff was so nice and breakfast was good with good choices. Would drive 20 minutes again to pay less, have amazing service and sleep well !

Did not have recycle bucket in room. Very torn bathmat. Moved ottaman and lots of crackers. Ice machine only works on main floor floor only. No creamers for coffee in room. Why have sugar but no no coffee creamers. We were told its not supplied. We have stayed there 3 years in a row when it was Holiday Inn was much better. Will now stay elsewhere next year

We stayed for two nights and, after the first night, the bed was made up in a haphazard fashion, the used towel was taken away but not replaced and used wet wash cloth was not replaced, the paper coffee cups were not replenished. The chamber maid did not seem to care....

Property was a bit hard to find as their sign on the building is not there, they only have a banner with the name once you’re in the parking lot. When we first checked in we were excited to see they have great quality shampoo, lotion, body wash etc which is nice as most hotels have low quality stuff that dries out your hair. Our biggest issue with this property is that the owners seem to cheap out on everything else. The breakfast was almost completely empty by the time we got there (7:45am) even though there was an employee working in there. Cinnamon buns, eggs and hash browns were empty and the pancake machine wasn’t working. The employee just walked around sweeping up nothing (wasn’t dirty) while the garbages were overflowing so badly that you couldn’t put anything else in and the front desk agent came to speak to the employee, they came out with a full box of cinnamon buns to finally replenish but only put out 2…. The staff member was asked to only put a few out at a time. Very bad service! After this we went out for the day, on our way out we asked the front desk to have the housekeepers change garbage and give us more towels as we only had 2 with 4 of us staying in the room. We also had a spill which we asked them to clean up. After being out for 8 hours, we returned to the room and it hadn’t been serviced at all. After calling the front desk, they said housekeeping was gone for the day. We ran out of hand soap that night as well. Terrible
