This place was great. First, Jess, greeted us at the front desk and everything was smooth. He impressed me right from the start when he went upstairs to get us a luggage. Very much appreciated Jess. Next, our room was very clean. This entire building was super clean. The building is 7 years old but looks like it just opened a month ago. That can't be easy to do. Next, breakfast was great. Better than most that we've had. Well stocked and super clean. Eggs, bacon, ham, toast waffles, a juice machine, yogurt etc... Really good! Everyone that I spoke to at this hotel was helpful and well versed in customer service. We'll be back the next time we are in Edmonton.
