The hotel is clean with spacious rooms and good amenities. It has good parking and is close to West Edmonton Mall. The breakfast is good with a varied selection of items. My only issue is the pool area is extremely slippery. While we were there we saw two people fall and numerous close calls. I'm not sure what the solution is but there needs to be an improvement made to the pool deck.

The breakfast was delicious. There should be bacon every day. The shower in our room was not good. It could not be adjusted and the flow was not strong and the hot and cold are opposite to how it’s labeled. I couldn’t reach the shower head either as it was too high. Luckily we had a tall member in our party. The room was clean and the pool was fun. The hot tub could be hotter.
