The hotel rooms were large and clean, the beds were extremely comfortable. The staff at the desk and cleaning staff were all great to deal with. Location is easy to get to and parking is ample. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a stay in Edmonton!

Staff and location were both amazing. Room was a nice size and clean. Buffet was mediocre although we went after 9 and it closed at 10. Pool is tiny. Hotel was also noisy all three nights and our key cards randomly decided to quit working. Okay but not amazing.

The staff were friendly. The rooms were spacious and clean. The soundproofing could be better. Good luck if youre hoping to sleep in a bit, you can hear every single noise outside the room, doors opening and closing, people talking and walking etc.

Overall it was a great experience except the second room we had booked was not ready until an hour and a half after check in time. This put us seriously behind schedule. The Pub was amazing with fantastic food and service and the staff throughout the entire building were so friendly
