We arrived late in the evening and asked the front desk if there was anywhere we could still get something to eat. Unfortunately, the staff member was not helpful at all and made us feel like we were inconveniencing her just by asking. We ended up walking across to the Sandman, where the experience was completely different. Their front desk staff was welcoming and happy to help, and the team at Chopped was fantastic. Even though they were closing in about an hour, they gladly served us and even encouraged us not to rush our meal. The contrast in customer service was disappointing. Based on this experience alone, I will definitely be choosing the Sandman for my next stay.
