We stayed here after a very late arrival flight. We just needed a place to sleep for the night. The Crystal Star was a perfect stop, comfortable beds and friendly staff. We will definitely use them again when we need a stop over.

Very reasonable price for a nights stay! Nice to have 24 hour shuttle. Room was large. Just wished would have had a bar or restaurant or even better coffee on lobby. The coffee in room was not good!

I previously stayed at this property when it was new. I was shocked at how rundown it is now. If the hotel owns a vacuum, they fail to use it. I will say that the bed was clean and so was the bathroom. I stayed because I was exhausted after traveling all day. I will never stay again though and I won’t recommend it to others.

Friendly staff, a nice clean room (with charging points by the bed rather than across the room like most other hotels seem to do) and powerful a/c - would definitely stay here again.
