Central downtown location, close to transit and Rogers Place which are definite benefits. The hotel is easy to find with great views of the valley if you get a room facing it. Lobby was a little small but clean and well kept. Would absolutely stay again!

HUGE rooms for a fraction of the price at the Fairmont Hotel next door. We had a gorgeous view of the river. The hotel has a wonderful outdoor patio along the river with stunning view. Great place for drinks or breakfast. Highly recommended.

Hotel was very busy due to Oilers' game day. The front desk staff who was supposed to give me a room with river view at higher floor had a hard time to meet my request, but she profssionaly managed it. The location was just minutes away from Winspare where I came to Edmonton for ESO's performance. I'll definitely come back.

Amazing from start to finish! Incredible views if you get a room overlooking the river. The parking is a bit tricky as it is not owned by the hotel. I had read the reviews about getting ticketed before you even got the chance to check in, so I had my husband sit in the car while I got us checked in and registered the vehicle so we didn’t run into that problem! There was a bit of confusion about the free breakfast that was offered when I booked the hotel. It hadn’t shown it was included when I checked in, so I just provided my confirmation email stating it was indeed included. And btw, the buffet breakfast is incredible! Fresh fruit, pastries, yogurt, bacon, eggs, so much to choose from! We’ll definitely return!
