Lovely hotel, in a terrific spot in Edinburgh. Tons of shopping and restaurants on the doorstep. Staff were very courteous and super friendly. Rooms very nice, definitely a weird layout..regarding the bathroom area. Loved the fact that they had valet parking which is very rare in Edinburgh Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Fabulous stay

All that you could expect from a fairly new luxury hotel in the heart of Edinburgh. Courteous and attentive staff, excellent room with balcony, well stocked bathroom amenities, and a delicious room service menu - highly recommend the club sandwich and the haggis bites. Breakfast was a final highlight before checkout. Will definitely stay again.

The W is fabulous in every way! The staff are friendly, helpful and professional and the room was amazing.
