Likes - checking-in was easy and check-in staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and spacious enough. Breakfast was buffet-style and had adequate choices for my needs. There is a good bus service into Edinburgh city centre. Dislikes - my room overlooked the neighbouring restaurant so early evening was a bit noisy.

Overall a not bad place to stay BUT ....... We travel extensively and stay in lot of hotels in the USA and Canada. We were conditioned to free WiFi. This hotel offers FREE WiFi for 30 minutes a day and you have to pay a fee for usage beyond that. 30 minutes! It's not like they undercharge for their rooms and have to make up for it with extra fees.
