    Excellent price for city break .

    Very good situated. Easy access to city centre , few minutes walk from train station . Good variety of food for breakfast and very clean. Would recommend if wanting a reasonable price for a city break . Will use again.

    Good value for the price.

    Room was a ok size and the bed was very comfortable. Bathroom had the usual basic amenities, added bonus the temperature adjustment of the hot water in the bath / shower worked perfectly. Breakfast was of a decent standard although the dining room does not have the capacity during peak times so best to plan breakfast early. Good value for the price.

    It was impossible to sleep with the floors cracking all night. We didn't even have access to free water.

    When checking in asked for an early breakfast was told no problem. Went downstairs for breakfast, non cooked, to be told breakfast didn,t start till 8 at w/ends. Tried to explain it was only a continetal breakfast required to be told breakfast doesnt start till 8 at weekends.

    False advertising about parking, there is no onsite parking which is the main reason I choose this hotel. I had to park on the street which is £5/hour or park on the other side of the city. When I asked about the parking I was given a pre-made parking sheet to tell me what to search on google. I didn’t like this false advertising and found it very disappointing

    De kamer was groot, de badkamer was netjes en schoon. De vloer kraakte ontzettend. Het personeel deed zn best om er wat van te maken. We wilden in eerste instantie ontbijten in het hotel maar hebben dat niet gedaan omdat de keuze beperkt was. Savonds op tijd terug in het hotel met onze jonge kinderen zodat zij naar bed konden maar we moesten nog eten. Er wordt geadverteerd dat je een pizza of burger met drinken voor een leuke prijs kan krijgen maar ze hadden helemaal niks. Loaded friet was echt karig en het garlic bread met kaas was 3 sneetjes. Dat was echt eeb lachertje

    Decent location near Haymarket station. Hotel is in an old building which is reflected in the rooms etc. Decent size room but old sash window couldn’t be closed. Didn’t matter as summer.
