Great comfortable room with ultra modern bathroom. EXTREMELY friendly and helpful staff. The location is absolutely ideal—close to EVERYTHING. My only complaint is that the elevator is old and slow and makes creaky noises, and there are some rooms that require a walk up a flight of stairs from one floor to the next due to all elevators not working, but if I were going back I would definitely stay in Thai hotel again above all others. This is my third trip to the city.

What a fantastic hotel. All the staff were very friendly and helpful, the room was beautiful and we also popped into the Grand Cafe a few times too. The location is absolutely perfect.

The hotel's location is unbeatable for walking from old town to the new town. One elevator was not working so we had to take an elevator to the 7th floor then walk up to the 8th floor to our room via the stairs. The morning was tough to get an elevator due to the cleaning staff. Overall, a great location, nice room and friendly staff. I probably would stay here again just for the charm despite the minor conveniences.
