Very nice place to stay! So clean, comfortable, convenient. Helpful and kind staff. The parking lot was great. If I were to give one critique it’s the lack of air conditioning- I’m sure it’s not needed often but it was really warm while we were there. Thankfully they provide fans- which was helpful.

Very clean, modern, quiet, and well maintained appartments. There are no restaurants on the premises but there are many places to eat in the neighborhood. The west end is less touristy and has a more local feel which we appreciated after visiting old town. The staff was very nice and super responsive. Highly recommend for a comfortable stay.

Great location and lovely staff. Apartment was just the job for our Edinburgh stay. Clean and tidy enough with everything we needed. Did get very warm inside and the walls are quite thin so if you’re a light sleeper you’ll need ear plugs. Car park underground is handy and safe. Does have a lot of pigeons nesting there so if you want too avoid getting too much bird poop on your paintwork be careful where you park or take a car cover.

Great stay! There were a few little niggles here and there (light out in living room, stompy person upstairs (fortunately only heard them in the evenings), crumbs and dust here and there), but overall it was a great stay. Other than "stompy" upstairs, it was a quiet place, had good water pressure in the shower, a decently stocked kitchen (in terms of cooking gear, not food/seasonings), was easy to get to, close to multiple express grocery stores, restaurants, bakeries. We actually found it to be pretty central and convenient to everything and walked almost everywhere (but we're avid walkers so take that with a grain of salt). Would definitely stay here again!

Our apartment was tired looking, cleanliness can be improved. The complex is located a good 20mins walk from the city centre. There isn't much around the area. Pro: the kitchen is equipped with plates, cutlery, microwave, nespresso machine and tea and coffee facilities so it is useful if you want to cook some meals. Note that if you want to leave your luggage you need to pay for a storage locker and you pay £5 for 3hrs. We had 2 small carry on so it could fit in one locker

I love the apartment feel. The place was a bit more secluded which I wanted, but you could walk to transportation or to the city center. I like to cook my own meals so this was perfect.
