Really friendly and welcoming staff on reception, fantastic room with views as requested when booking - the room was spacious, airy and the bed supremely comfortable. Great bathroom and the perfect stay for a Concert in the Usher Hall across the road. We enjoyed a drink in the bar on our return. Staff on reception at check out were warm and friendly again. We did not use the Spa or restaurant on this visit but I would have no hesitation returning to this lovely hotel or recommending to others.
