Excellent location, close to the main city center but far enough away it's not loud or busy outside the hotel. The digital codes were a bit confusing but we figured it out. They have luggage storage room which is amazing if you have an early flight or a late departure. Laundry and full kitchen abilities! It was great. I'll be staying here again when I return to Edinburgh!

Our stay at the royal garden thlstle suites was great. Stayed in the one bedroom garden view room. It looked very recently renovated and was clean. Some of the furnishings though could be updated but at least it was comfortable. Location was great - walk to waverly train station and Edinburgh bus station. Receptionist (Ines) was amazing with her help and local suggestions. Washing machine in suite was a bonus. Felt like a nice Airbnb but with front lobby service during daylight hours. Not huge but comfortable enough. And priced reasonably for Edinburgh

This was the most spacious accommodations. We had our entire time in the UK. it was conveniently located within steps to the bus station and other shops. The view out of the window in the living room was amazing.

We stayed in a 2 bedroom suite. The rooms were nice and clean. Had everything we needed. Only one thing that was a little uncomfortable was the hard beds and dense pillows. We had a very good stay and the location was close to the bus station.

This was a STUNNING property - old world charm with new world amenities. We opted to pay a little more for the garden view and it was so worth it. Super central location, walkable to everywhere. Great little touches like laundry detergent, dish soap, Scottish speciality chocolates available for us. Would 10/10 recommend staying here!

We came back to edingburgh to stay two more nights before traveling to iceland. I found this hidden gem right of St. James square. It’s so cute apartment with kitchen, utensils, each unit has their own washer/dryer with detergents supplied, clean, and quaint. Very close to rail, tram, and bus station. The receptionist is very friendly and helpful. You can get a cup of coffee or hot water extra towels at the front desk.Highly recommended for those wee are traveling here.

We liked our place. The double bed was quite small, and the combination laundry with wash/dry was ok but very small and not that efficient. It was nice having a kitchen and a clean space to stay. Decent location in new town near the gardens. The staff were very nice and check in and luggage hold worked out perfectly.

Beautiful room, well maintained. There was a kitchenette , refrigerator, washer/dryer unit, dishwasher, tv. (Cannot speak to kitchen appliances as we didn't use them, but washer/dryer was easy to use). Bathroom was clean and equipped but tub was very high so was careful getting in and out. Easy mobile check in/out. Mobile key was easy too. 25 minute ride to airport was not bad at all. There was also luggage storage in lobby if you needed it. I did wish there was a vending machine with drinks/snacks, but otherwise our stay was perfect!

To be clear it’s an Apartment hotel with no parking, nor any amenities, no assistance to be reached after 6pm daily. Location is good. Room noise facing Queen street is considerable so much so that earplugs are placed in the kitchen for renters. 6 floor had flooring so squeaky everywhere in the apt that one cannot help disturbing others when walking around in the apartment. Have never experienced anything like it. Nice that the 2 bedrooms have 2 separate bathrooms. Rooms are comfortable. Windows open for fresh air.

Great stay overall. The check in receptionist was excellent, very friendly and helpful throughout our visit. She assisted with the multiple bags and golf travel bags that I had, as well as provided good recommendations. The location is ideal, just a 3-minute walk to the tram and only a few minutes to central Princes Street. We could never get the digital key to activate on our phones so had to use the keypad code, however it wasn't a big issue but something to be aware of. We had an issue with a toilet valve being stuck so the toilet flushing all night however a plumber did come to fix it the following day. The flat itself was very spacious, comfortable, and surprisingly quiet. Prices did increase significantly on Friday, but despite that, I would still stay here again and would recommend it.
