Our room was ok. The bed did not seem to be completely made when we arrived, thrown together! The amenities in the room are very basic. The ac did not seem to be working very well. The staff was great, courteous and helpful!! The breakfast was good, great staff. The location of this premier inn was great!

The location of the hotel couldn’t have been better! We could easily access public transportation or walk wherever we needed to go from this site. The bed was very comfortable and the showers were hot and strong.. just what we needed after a day of travel.

Great location. Easy walk to the castle and Royal Mile. We may have been fortunate to have a room without a castle view. Princes St is a major road for buses and a streetcar. Breakfast is at an adjoining restaurant and well prepared buffet style. Clean room. Opted for a more deluxe accommodation and worth it

Think twice before booking a room at this hotel. The rooms weren’t clean and lacked basic amenities like closet, small refrigerator, coffee maker, or clean bedsheets. The breakfast wasn’t good either - lacked variety and flavor. The only thing going well for this place is the location.

We really enjoyed our short stay at the Premier Inn in Edinburgh. The family room comfortable, large and clean. Only issue we had was a fan noise coming from outside but it wasn’t a deal breaker. Highly recommended hotel.
