This is student accommodation so it is what you expect. Room is basic but clean enough. No treats attached but just comfortable basic accommodation. I would have liked a mug to use. There is a cup by sink. But there's a kettle in the pantry but no mugs. Even if you could borrow one or sign for it or something like the hairdryers. Breakfast included is fine. Plenty available and fresh.

Good, basic accommodation for a very reasonable price, within easy walking distance of the city centre. A quiet campus, with safe and secure parking included made it a fantastic deal.
