The room was nice and clean, no fridge in the room but for the price i can't complain. the bus stop just outside the building so fast easy and cheap to get around and enjoy Edinburgh.
I had an excellent stay. The place was quiet and very clean. I found the beds very comfortable compared to other hotels, and the location was close to lots of things! The staff were very responsive and extremely kind! I 100% recommend this hotel !!

Family lodging in Edinburgh
Liked having instant hot water in the shower! The walls were thin. We could hear the neighbors
The fan was a nice addition for white noise at night. Our room was off the parking in the back which was nice but we didn't know that until we carried our bags up and down some stairs after we entered from the front. Good space for a family.
It’s an auto check-in, no staff. Everything worked fine. Rooms are decent and is a suitable, inexpensive place to stay. Not much to do in the area, although the Persevere Pub is an excellent stop for a pint and food.

Liked: Cleanliness
Disliked: Property conditions & facilities
For festival time is was pretty reasonably priced, but some of the beds in our room were not comfortable to sleep on (you could feel the springs), and the room was not well ventilated and overheated during the night.
We were at least within walking distance of a tram station, and several good places to eat.
It was not okay since there was a bed with a broken leg. Also we booked for 2 nights and we went out and put a make my room card but all they did was just take the bin out and didn’t do the bed or clean the room for us.

The room was clean and information was excellent except that microwave was not provided for my usage
