This was an excellent apartment style room for us, family of 4, for our stay in Edinburgh. It had everything we could need and location was pretty good, 15 min walk or so from many sites. The one negative was that the listing for the room claimed 2 King beds while the room itself had Queen beds, not King.

Everything was great about the room; the only comments I would have is that there is only heat, not air conditioning, and the kitchen/living room can get warmer. They did provide a fan, which was helpful. Also, it did seem quite pricey for just an 8 day stay, but I do recognize that my stay was during a peak time so it’s understandable that prices would be higher.

Great size property and very clean and spacious. Excellent reception staff and great location. ( Just a suggestion - Could probably benefit with a full length mirror as the only mirror is in the bathroom and quite high for smaller people) Our apartment was close to the road, and could hear people chatting going by . Not a busy thoroughfare and would definitely go back

Room was clean and comfortable. Check in was smooth. The dryer didn't work very well. We did reserve for 6 days, for the price of the room you would think you would get 1 cleaning day. I missed the note that there is a cleaning fee of $50. We had to bring dirty towels to front desk and get clean towels, toilet paper and other supplies. But other than that the surroundings are quiet, easy access to public transportation and lots of good restaurants nearby. Thankful there we fans in the room.
