From the welcome until departure, absolutely faultless. Rooms spacious and spotless, breakfast first class, staff warm and friendly with nothing too much trouble. With this and the location makes this the perfect spot to explore Edinburgh and the surrounding area. Easy access by tram direct from the airport or station(s) and some fantastic restaurants in touching distance.

Staff couldnt do anymore to ensure our stay was just perfect from booking in to booking out. They went all out to accomodate all our needs. Room was stunning, fresh and spotlessly clean. Daniel the receptionist was professional ,friendly, polite and very informative on the history of the Oceanmist. We couldnt have asked for anything better.He sorted things for a surprise birthday presentation in one of our rooms.When out on deck of our last evening, he noticed us on cctv and came out and supplied us with blanckets.

Wonderful Stay

This was the most elegant place we have ever stayed in. The staff were friendly and helpful. The continental breakfast was superb. The area was quiet with places to eat nearby, was quite a ways from old town, but worth it. We hated to leave!
