The hotel, staff, and service were excellent. I needed to change an aspect of my booking and Roxana, the Hotel Manager, was extremely helpful and professional. The food was very good too. The hotel is right next to the Edinburgh Park tram and train station which made transport very easy.

We had such a great stay at Novotel Edinburgh Park! The location made it easy — right next to the tram, which made it convenient to get to the city center, all the main sights, and the airport. The hotel was spotless, modern, and very comfortable. My 9-year-old son’s favorite parts were definitely the foosball table and the pool — such fun bonuses! Breakfast was delicious with plenty of options, and the staff were all so kind and helpful throughout our stay. The TV was a bit spotty, but we took it as a sign to unplug and enjoy the trip — and we’re glad we did! There is a shopping center across the street for any unexpected needs and a few “fast food” type spots, which we didn’t try, but it was good to know we had backup options in a pinch. Would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend!
Went shopping for odds and ends at TK Maxx across the street.
Saw my first Eurasian Magpie bird when we first arrived at the hotel.

It was very comfortable and clean. They had a discount on breakfast if you joined them and also a discount on parking. It was super close to the trams and had a krispy crème, kfc, and lots of shopping options across the street. I would definitely stay again.

A delightful and wonderfully priced stay, especially when splitting with friends. The rooms are a lovely size and seem to have enough soundproofing that we didn't hear other rooms at any point in our 6 stay even when the place was fully booked. Didn't get round to trying out the fitness or pool facilities because the tram stop is so close you can swiftly end up in the centre of town.

It is a great hotel. Very clean and great services from the staff. It is a very convenient location, close to the airport and city center. The hotel also has great facilities such as swimming pool, sauna and fitness center. Zhana at the guest service gave an outstanding service to us.

Great food and location

Lovelly clean hotel with very friendly helpful staff. The facilities were very good and we really enjoyed the swimming pool. The breakfast was plentyful with lots of choice and the restaurant food was excellent. We were particulaly pleased with the hotels location which was a 3min walk to the tram
