We loved this property, rooms were spacious, clean and very nice. The gym, pool, spa and sauna were fantastic. The breakfast food was plentiful and very good. We loved the bar as well. It was a 10 out of 10 stay.

Hotel was very nice. The only downfall was we had a handicapped room which had high toilets and being 5’1”it was definitely too high. No counter space in bathroom. The rest of it was good.

This was a great place to stay for my family while we visited Edinburgh. Very walkable to Old Town, with some coffee shops along the way.

The stay was excellent. The only criticism I have is that the TV in the room was not smart, therefore we could not watch Netflix or other streaming services.

Given the expense of the room I expected better. It was a corner room with very limited wardrobe space and no room to place wash kit etc for 2 in the bathroom. The carpet was very grubby and there were stains on the sofa. The tv was very temperamental and the air conditioning drew in air from the kitchen extractor fan early in the morning into the room meaning we were able to tell when they had started to cook the breakfast. This is the third visit and it was the worst. We won’t be returning.

The family room was way too small, we could not even pass the compact/travel size stroller through the front hall to the room. The toilet and sink were in separate areas which made no sense and was very inconvenient. Despite having informed the staff that we were brining an infant and requesting a cot way in advance, there was no cot in the room and we had to call the front desk and ask for it. Overall the hotel offered average quality for such high price. Breakfast was okay though.
