We were in Scotland for 3 weeks and this apartment was the best place we stayed! It has everything you need and was very reasonably quiet considering the noise from the street. It was super close to all the sites and to the castle and the grass market. You absolutely could not go wrong there. Wonderful restaurants all around hop on hop off buses!! Amazing sweet adorable place. I would definitely go there again!!

Very nice apt in a great location. An entrance you could miss but labeled. The only challenge was the luggage closet on the third floor (no elevator.). They were nice about letting us leave some very suitcases in the hallway for the day.

We loved our stay! It’s in such a prime location and the apartment was actually bigger than it looked in pictures to us. We would definitely come back here to stay next time we are in Edinburgh

This was a well appointed one bedroom (#5) facing George IV Bridge road. The property is well maintained and the apartment itself was very clean, nicely decorated and everything worked well. The kitchen was very nice and the nespresso with milk foamer was very much appreciated. On the downside the bedroom is very small, just big enough for the bed, side tables and closet, with no possibility of opening or keeping our bags there. We ended up using the living area for that. The bathroom is very large. The apartment is only on the second floor but the floors are probably 15 feet high! So your legs will get a good workout. The biggest downside is that the street is a very busy one. There is a fair amount of traffic noise and people (especially students from the nearby university) drinking and making noise in the street, often until 2 or 3 am. Fortunately we were so tired from our long days we were able to fall asleep anyways. Would we rent here again? Yes, but not if we wanted to relax in peace in the evenings.

Self contained apartment that provided a home away from home. Apartment was clean with ameneties as described. Location was also great, in the heart of the old city - just a short walk from the castle and with lots of great cafes and resteraunts around.

A gem of a property in a great location, right by Greyfriars Bobby and with perfect views of the castle. Really beautifully decorated, superbly clean and well equipped. Great communication from property managers too on arrival. Highly recommend and we will be back
