No 12 is a good choice for a short stay in attractive North Berwick. It’s centrally located, convenient for beaches, the Seabird centre etc . Service is functional more than polished. My single room serviceable not elegant. Breakfast, included, sets you up for the day.

The hotel is located centrally in this cosy town, only a few minutes walk from the harbour. Restaurants, pubs and shops just a few steps away. We were very well taken care of by all members of the staff. We would love staying there again.

Room was freshly decorated and had a small but modern and well appointed shower ensuite. Bed was very comfortable and there was a quiet and relaxed atmosphere about the hotel. Smoked salmon and scrambled eggs was an excellent breakfast. Fairtrade options for tea and coffee weren't available, but overall we were highly impressed with the quality of the hotel.
