This hotel was just okay, in my opinion. The room was very outdated, with old carpet and the shower valve was broken or something because the water came half out the shower and half out the bath spout. The breakfast was great and the location to shopping outlets was also nice. The beds were comfortable enough. I would stay here again, but if you are looking for modern or nice looking this hotel doesn’t impress.

Hotel is fine for the price incl. a good breakfast buffet and parking. East to get to a P&R with charging and take the bus into Edinburgh. The hotel bar in the evening was not too wide a choice and when it got difficult to make a cocktail they stopped serving cocktails and only offered easy serves.

From check in to leaving we couldn’t find fault with anything. Rooms met our family needs.services excellent staff were friendly and courteous in particular Olivia who was super. her manner and patience with our requests fit our Autustic grandson as well as her professionalism and service deliver was excellent. Also Rebecca on reception who’s professional friendly manner is a credit to the hotel ,One niggle would be good prices bursted .. in particular for fish& chips looked like child portion… also if making a Weston mess. Pl Which and price given there was a teeny slither of merengue that’s us the main element !

Perfect for what I needed but a bit tired. I was unlucky to have the room next to the reception (which meant I heard people coming and going till late and early in the morning), the room also faced the busy road which was a bit noisy. All that said the room was clean and acceptable.
