Very spacious room, very clean and good facilities. There are heavy curtains, window shutters and blinds, though light sleepers may want to bring ear plugs as traffic noise, late night revellers and the chiming clock nearby will still be heard in a room at the front. It’s an older building with character, so there’s only so much can be done to keep noise out.

The location is perfect—right in the heart of town, making it easy to explore. Our room was recently renovated, modern, and very comfortable. What really stood out was the staff: exceptionally friendly and genuinely helpful. On Saturday morning, when we discovered that airport taxis in Linlithgow need to be booked in advance, the hotel team stepped in and quickly helped us arrange one. Their support made a big difference to our trip. Overall, a wonderful place to stay—modern comfort, fantastic service, and an unbeatable location. Highly recommended!
