I loved how the location of the property was in the centre of everything we went to see. Steps to the Royal Mile, close to the Waverly Station. Staff were courteous and helpful. Lovely stay.

Very good hotel, great location. The staff are helpful and they have great initiatives/policies. Free pastries left over from breakfast to prevent food waste, 5 pound drink/breakfast credit on days you skip maid service. The beds are comfortable, the room was adequate in size. Would definitely stay again.

This was a great hotel in an excellent location. Walkable to much of what we wanted to see in Edinburgh. Our room was very small and the twin beds were like a thin pad on a wooden platform, but we still slept pretty well. The breakfast was just OK - we recommend going to the coffee shop a few doors up instead. The staff were really nice and helpful.

Best location in town but you will pay for it. The front desk was well staffed with pleasant, accommodating people. The stained carpet in the room and throughout the building held every bit of twenty years of ground whatever. A blob of something 'lived' on the hall floor during our five night stay. Extremely helpful staff. We had an issue with our toilet and the maintenance man was so kind and helpful. We also needed extra bedding and they were quick to accommodate. The room was very clean.
