Well situated, confortable, clean and quiet hitel. However, the carpet in the corridors needs to be replaced. On our floor (6th) there were multiple huge stains. The breakfast was okay. It's in the restaurant/bar next door (accessible via the hotel), and it felt like the floors were still sticky from the previous evening (also felt like the music selection hadn't been changed - Milkshake by Kelis while eating breakfast feels kinda off).

Overall, we enjoyed our stay. The location is perfect for going out and about. The Haymarket Pub, the tram and the underground are all directly across the street making it an ideal spot. The room was ok. Small and even a bit cramped for two people. The toilet seat was crooked but worked. The carpets throughout the property are quite dirty, it was a bit off-putting. The room has A/C and that was very welcoming.Note, there is quite a bit of train noise all night long. Staff were friendly and there is complimentary tea and coffee at the reception. I would recommend this property.
