Charming place, right outside the Holyrood Palace. Clean and modern, no lift had to carry luggage up 3 flight of stairs. The building fire alarm is very sensitive. Close to Tesco express.

Excellent location by Hollyrood Palace. Well equipped kitchen. Larger bathroom than most of our lodgings. Although space was limited for 3 people, it worked. Two of us used a large bathtub in a room adjacent to the bathroom to organize luggage. Excellent king bed.

The unique property really is excellent. Very old but with updated amenities. The garden behind property is beautiful. The only big problem was very poor wifi (like brutal) and connectivity using your own data plan. Loved the property but likely wouldn’t stay there again as it was just far too difficult to access online resources etc

Loved staying at Abbey Strand! Very historic building but with all modern conveniences. Quiet part of Royal Mile away from noise & traffic but easy walk to anywhere. No air conditioning but temps are generally cooler. Definitely recommend a stay when in Edinburgh.

Great location, right at the end of the Royal Mile so you're close to everything but still in a quiet little spot. Beautiful garden and view of the crag overlooking the city. Very well appointed apartments, very clean. Overall our favourite place to stay while on our trip to the UK.

What a great place to stay in Edinburgh! It's in a good location and minutes walking distance from the Royal Mile. The flat was modern, clean and spacious. There's no staff onsite but they sent me the access code and instructions in advance. I like that there's also a reception area on the ground floor where we could use before or after check in/out.

This apartment was beautiful, location superb. The decoration of a very high standard like a luxury hotel. The 2 bedrooms and bathrooms absolutely stunning! We loved this beautiful apartment and wished it had not been a flying visit! The cleanliness is immaculate and the overall feel is very warm and inviting! We will return one day’ if you want a location with views and just off the Royal Mile this is wonderfully place! Beautiful, highly recommended

The location was incredible. Right next to Hollyrood and perfect for a few days in Edinburgh. Well decorated and appointed. The in house laundry a dream. And the gardens out back (chef’s kiss). The only downside was the sliding bathroom door that didn’t want to stay it’s tracks

Amazing!

The location was beautiful, it’s right next to the palace. The apartment was so beautiful and well decorated. My children loved reading in the window seats. It was an excellent apartment with an excellent location. The communication was also really great. We received the code to enter early and they also helped with recommending a taxi service to the airport.
