This well presented hotel is not far from the St. James Quarter shopping centre, Princess Street and The Royal Mile and Edinburgh Castle. The hotel was clean and the rooms were vere large. Staff were excellent and courteous. Will definitely go back.

We stayed in the 3 bedroom flat and the beds were comfortable and clean as were the bathrooms. The apartment however was very sparsely decorated and honestly quite dreary and unwelcoming. The couch also had stains on it. Add some pictures or fixtures or anything, the place looks kind of rundown. Some door stops would also be helpful as it's an apartment with 5 different rooms in it. Being able to keep some doors open would make it feel less like a prison ward and more like a cozy apartment for a family to stay in.

Lodging prices in Edinburgh are very expensive. This property has comparable lower prices, is well maintained, clean and a 15min walk from some main sites. Breakfast includes ham, bacon, baked beans, eggs (they seem to be dehydrated scrambled eggs), etc. Our room was facing the back and was quiet, spacious and comfortable.

The hotel’s location was excellent, just a short walk from the city center. We were able to walk to all the main attractions, which made our stay very convenient. The reception staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. I accidentally left my bag at the hotel, which contained our shoes and my new Michael Kors handbag. They kindly helped me arrange for the package to be shipped to my home address. Thank you very much for your outstanding service and for everything you did. I truly appreciate your kindness and support!
