Absolutely stellar service from the team here. Friendly, courteous and couldn't do enough to help. Hotel is comfortable and clean and has everything you need. Staff are the stars here though.

Lovely hotel within half an hour of Edinburgh airport. Plenty of free parking too. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Highly recommend if you need to be near the airport without paying ridiculous airport hotel prices

Nice hotel but some areas looking a little tired and ready for a refresh. Room was small but OK. Staff were very pleasant and helpful and food was excelent.

Very clean and comfy

We had a late arrival and the reception staff were great and very helpful. They chatted for a few minutes while we checked in which was good as some places they ignore you and dont make conversation. The room was very clean and tidy and the bed was soooo comfortable.

I was looking for a hotel near Bathgate. Cleanliness was excellent, food correctly portioned. Had to miss breakfast as I had an extra-early start. Would use again

Excellent. Modern clean and friendly.

Stopped on the way too and from Edinburgh Airport over a 2 week period. Two different rooms both excellent. Very clean. Hreat breakfast and friendly staff. Ideal for staying near Edinburgh with Airport about 20 minutes away and park and ride/tram station. I travel for work and plan to keep using this gem.

Hotel looks tired, most of the staff very chatty and helpful. Shower leaked continuously, hot water was cold in the morning but hot in the evening. Food average, beer was good.

Unfortunate the rooms do not have window screens as it was very hot that evening and so could not leave window open due to no screen and so many mosquitos etc. Street facing room quite loud late into the night with traffic passing close. Unfortunately the guest across the hall was in and out of the room every 10-15 mins from midnight until near 3am and their door slammed every time. The hotel should do proper maintenance to make sure all room doors close soft. Great service on arrival, easy free parking and decent quality restaurant with fair pricing,.

Nice Hotel, staff were great - in particular the reception lady was very nice, interacted and chatted with us and remembered our surnames at breakfast which was nice. We had dinner in the restaurant which was excellent - again the server went over and above. Breakfast - we all agreed - one of the best hotel breakfast we have had. Rooms were clean, decent size. No negatives from our stay and we will return.

The location is conveniently located for public transport. Self parking if you have own car and Bar open. The stuff are wonderful, professional and helpful to cater for residents need. I had two elderly auntie and they kindly relocated them from First floor to ground floor
