Great location and comfortable room with small kitchen and cooking supplies for preparing meals. Conveniently located near to the train station ( EDB ), about 8-9 minutes walk and right on the Royal mile. Groceries, coffee shops and restaurants are readily available nearby. Hotel is on the Royal Mile and close to shopping, restaurants, and many historical sites. Rooms were clean and offered everything we needed. Fold-away bed makes sense to transform the room during the day but it wasn't comfortable. Staff was helpful and professional. Abi went above and beyond when we contacted the site about a lost item.
