Vacations Close To Dar Zahran Heritage Building

The westgate was wonderful! Great entertainment, room nice and clean and so many restaurant options!!

It took over an hour to get checked in. It was unreasonable. They only had 3 staff members checking in a massive line of people.

Casino a big small but overall great place to stay

Overall the hotel was good - the rooms were nice and comfortable. The pool area was a bit frustrating since almost any lounge chair with an umbrella cost extra - I'm not sure how they can charge a $50/night resort fee and then try to charge you again just to have some shade! The food at the cafes and restaurants were fine but nothing to write about. So this was a good stay, but nothing really stood out except the nice rooms and comfy bed.

Horrible service, there’s no humans to speak to on the floor of the lobby. The room service knocked on my door and called my room at 3am and woke me up, because they got the wrong room. They promised a reimbursement, but I never got one, and when I checked out, there was no one to speak to. The valet service was bad and not worth the money. They were completely dis-functional during Saturday morning. They are really taking their guests for granted.
