Coco was incredibly kind and helpful, which made my stay very comfortable and enjoyable. I had a wonderful experience with no inconveniences at all.

Generally old property.. but staff is excellent. Always available and helpful. Location is excellent..near Subway and bus stops and airport bus too. Room has a high ceiling and is big. Has a tub too. Iron and board as well. It is a boutique hotel. There is an excellent coffee shop in front. Steamers Coffee. Excellent coffee and baristas and pleasant ambiance...Enjoy!

The staff was very helpful and friendly.

When I checked in they gave me and my group rooms on the 9th floor, the rooms had a musty odor and in front of our room they were painting, so we asked to change rooms. I think they shouldnt give rooms to any guests on that floor. They know it and still gave us the rooms. The rooms on the 10th floor were better, but the carpet was not flat, it has waves in it that you could trip over. It seemed that it was flooded and had water damaged. The breakfast buffet was ok, but expensive there are a lot of bakeries around, so I would recommend to go to a bakery instead. The housekeeper was excellent, the only staff member greeting us with a smile, wishing us a good day trip and our rooms were always clean.

The propery was clean, and the staffs at front were kind, however, the room was so smaller than I expected, the breakfast menu was no good.
