The place is amazingly beautiful- right on the water and dock area, super convenient, we loved walking around the downtown and beach/ lighthouse area. The hotel parking lot is located three blocks away- a beautiful walk but could be an issue for some people. Our room had an extremely small bathroom and room was located on the street side which was a little noisy at night.

Property location was great, hotel was clean, but if you stay at the Prada house or any of the rooms adjacent to the Main Street you are going to hear LOUD noise until 2am. We were right between a pub and the Atlantic restaurant, both hosted DJs and live bands every night. We felt like we were inside a club. Also street sweeping, recycling and noise at 4 & 5am. Not great if you’re looking to get any sleep.

The property location was perfect! It is just a walk away shops, restos, sites like the lighthouse. We had fun just going around the place. The staff were very helpful so we felt really at home in this property. The room we got was facing the main road which had a pub/bar in front. It was noisy until after 1AM so we had to call the staff about it. Good thing they reported this to the police to quiet down the area. It was also Memorial day weekend so perhaps it was extra rowdy that time. We were given a choice to shift rooms but we opted to stay in the same one as we didnt want to bother packing and unpacking again. The property offered us a good discount on our stay and we are thankful for the gesture. It was good they have parking, but it's quite a walk (est. 250m away). Easy if you dont have stuff to unload. That time we arrived, we had to block the road from oncoming cars because there were no temporary parking slots to park my car in front of the drop-pff area.

The room that we reserved at this property was perfectly sized. The massive bed made for a nice place to lay our head down after long days out in Martha's Vineyard. Although our room faced the street, there were enough shades to shield us from the sun/outdoors and we never experienced loud noises from the street while in the room.
