Cabin was great size. Excellent bathroom. So close to the beach that you heard the waves in bed. Great barbecue area. However a soft lamp of some sort is urgently needed as all the cabin lights are high beam.

Love, love, love this holiday park. Stayed in one of the deluxe cabins for three nights and wish it was longer. Great vibe, staff are excellent and the park is super convenient and close to the beach. Will definitely be back!

Great location for walks along the best beach. Partial view of lake from our cabin. No ocean view but beach is an easy walk across a quiet road. We usually prefer the ocean view but this location was great. We would stay again.

Proximity to the beach and walking tracks. Impressive water pressure in cabin shower. Could do with more bbq's. Great range of family entertainment on offer (not relvant to us as a couple). Not that the access road is within your control- but some well placed speed humps would discourage hoons from joyriding and distutbing the peace late at night.

The cabin we stayed had a very strong fish smell, which made the stay really unpleasant. On top, hot water suddenly stopped while having shower at midnight, and I had to take cold shower in that night. Not sure if it was because of late night timing or others were using shower or simply hot water ran out. Regardless, it shouldn't happen. The location is great and staffs are very friendly though. We will consider staying again if those two issues are addressed.

Pet Friendly Restful Location

Probably a bit of a remote location for me, area was chosen by other relatives to meet up. I prefer Merimbula. There is no pool at the Holiday park and the beach is very nice but unpatrolled so safe for swimming. If you have pets and like beach fishing or just walking along the seaside a nice location to relax. The park itself is clean and the manager is very helpful.

I was in cabin 10 and this does not relate to the caravan sites. Free Wifi was advertised and I was advised that it would not be working at 1 minute after the time for no penalty cancellation which I thought was a bit devious. The air conditioning worked well and there was plenty of hot water. The tap in the bathroom sink did not work as a normal tap should and sprayed water everywhere. I had to clean my teeth in the kitchen sink. There was a tree infested with a caterpillar type insect and they kept coming under the door even after being sprayed many times. When I first checked in there were two in the bedding and I had to keep my wits about me to avoid them.

The place itself was ok and the cabin clean. It's the staff and management especially which were the problem. The whole check-in was a complete nightmare. We had to ring them 3 times to ask them for a late entry code, still didn't have one 15 minutes before reception closed so finally rang and got one verbally. We arrived to collect the keys and were given keys to an already occupied cabin. Contacted after hours reception and were given keys to a different cabin which didn't fit. Getting late, still no entry, rang after hours and initially no reply so went to try and find the managaress behind the reception building until thrown out by angry manager. After we finally got into the cabin, the manager came round and was verbally aggressive and threatening when all we'd been trying to do was find someone to let us in. People like this definitely shouldn't work in hospitality. I'm the customer experiencing bad service. We left first thing next morning. Felt uncomfortable and threatened staying there.
