This hotel is beautifully decorated and has an attached bar/restaurant. Unfortunately we were only there for a brief stay and didn't get to fully take in the town. We were served a small free breakfast in the morning. The only thing that I found odd was that there was no bathroom door in our room and you can see into the bathroom from the bed, which was uncomfortable.

This property has a beautifully refurbished hotel which is over 100 years old ! It’s truly beautiful. The room was sumptuous and the bed was large and comfortable.

We have travelled around Australia and New Zealand and this is one of the best, if not the best hotels we have ever stayed at. The room we stayed in was the Bryley, which is exquisitely presented, the decor of the entire hotel is beautiful and then there's the staff......welcoming, friendly, attentive and simply fantastic! Great price, great location.....posting this review is probably to our own detriment, because next time we want to stay, it'll probably be booked out!

Lovely hotel, but construction work is ongoing

Beautifully restored hotel in Eden. Only downside was the construction site at the back, where the garden and outbuildings are still being built.
